Sample diagnostic

One finding, shown all the way through.

This is a synthetic example designed to show the structure of Findmetry evidence. It is not a real client's website, report or defect.

Synthetic example. The domain, company and evidence below are fictional. Findmetry does not publish unsolicited customer defects as marketing material.

Confirmed priority

Emergency-repair page is described as equipment rental in its metadata.

The customer-visible page presents emergency repair service, while the HTML title and meta description describe a different service. The current conflicting state was reproduced during independent verification.

Plain consequence

A user or search result expecting one service can be presented with another.

No ranking or revenue loss is claimed. The consequence follows directly from the conflicting page identity.

Evidence

The exact signals behind the finding.

Evidence can be text, metadata, response state, URL relationships or screenshots. A screenshot is used only when it adds proof.

Why it matters

The page tells two different stories.

A customer-visible service and the machine-readable title/description identify different offerings. That contradiction is the issue; Findmetry does not need to speculate about a traffic loss to make it useful.

Evidence-bound consequence

Recommended fix

Correct the pattern, then recheck.

A finished diagnostic would first determine whether this is one page or a repeated template/content-mapping problem before prescribing the fix.

Preserve the intended page

Confirm the emergency-repair URL is the legitimate public destination and that no valid rental page is being overwritten or consolidated accidentally.

Correct metadata source

Update the title and description so they describe emergency repair, ideally at the template/CMS source if the mismatch repeats.

Check the family

Review related service pages for the same metadata mapping pattern rather than fixing one symptom in isolation.

Re-verify

Fetch and render the corrected page again to confirm that served and visible states agree.

Coverage note

Every real report states its actual checked scope.

A real diagnostic would state the number of pages checked, relevant execution limits, evidence surfaces used and any known site universe that remained outside the bounded run.
