This public website avoids advertising trackers, third-party analytics and customer accounts. The contact form and free checker collect only what is needed to fulfil a request.

Website data
Findmetry's public website does not require an account, set Findmetry advertising cookies, or include third-party analytics code. The hosting, DNS or security provider may still process ordinary network and security information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security signals as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Diagnostic requests
If you submit the diagnostic request form, Findmetry stores the name you choose to provide, your email, the public website URL, your optional question, the request time and delivery status in Cloudflare Workers KV. The stored request is configured to expire automatically 90 days after submission. The form does not automatically crawl the submitted website.
Cloudflare processes the request for hosting, spam protection and durable storage. Resend processes the request details to notify Findmetry and sends you a confirmation email. Email copies may remain in the relevant mailboxes or provider systems according to their retention and legal requirements.
Free checker
Entering a website URL first checks free availability without crawling the target. Before starting a free check, we require an email address and your explicit request to receive the findings. An admitted submission asks Findmetry to check eligible public internal HTML links in resumable batches, subject to robots, access restrictions, shared service capacity and a discovery safeguard. It does not start a paid diagnostic. Private run records, results and the secure, essential checker session cookie are usable for up to seven days so larger crawls can resume. Expired run records are deleted on the next checker submission. Daily keyed IP hashes stop being used for rate limiting after 24 hours and are cleared on the next submission. Crawl checkpoints on the worker contain public URLs and minimal status evidence, not page HTML, and are deleted after run expiry. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the checker database, though hosting and security providers may process them.
When your consented check is admitted, we retain your email, website/domain, check reference, timestamp, limited result, exact findings-only consent wording/version and available campaign tags/referring host in Findmetry’s private Cloudflare D1 CRM. The stored request is initially marked pending; its limited result and email delivery status are updated when available. These lead records remain until you ask us to delete them, subject to any retention separately required for purchased services. Email provider status and subsequent report-request/purchase status may also be recorded. Ask for access or deletion through the contact form. The Admin view is restricted to the owner.
Resend processes the email needed to deliver your requested findings. This request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing; no marketing permission is collected by this checker.
Funnel measurement
We keep aggregate first-party counts for relevant guide/tool page requests, guide-to-checker visits, admitted checks, completed/inconclusive checks, email captures, diagnostic requests and operator-confirmed purchases. Attribution uses available campaign tags or referring host. Aggregate metrics contain no email, submitted domain, raw IP or visitor identifier. Page counts may include repeat visits or unidentified bots, are capped at 1,000 per event/source/day to bound writes, and are not unique-user counts. Individual lead attribution is retained with the requested findings.
Diagnostic work
Findmetry's normal diagnostic works from public website evidence. Do not send passwords, authentication cookies, API keys or private account credentials unless a separately agreed service explicitly requires and secures that access.
Crawl suppression
If a site operator requests future crawl suppression, Findmetry may retain the minimum domain/contact evidence needed to honor and verify that request.
Data sale
Findmetry does not sell personal data to advertisers.
Changes
This notice will be updated before the site adds advertising analytics, customer accounts or other material data collection.
